About

Hello, sweet friend!

I’M CARLY, YOUR CHRISTIAN HEALING AND MINDSET COACH

For years, I lived in an exhausting cycle of stress, anxiety, and deep unhappiness. I felt as though I was drowning in the darkest part of the ocean—constantly gasping for fresh air, only to be pulled back under the waves. I was quietly falling apart inside while trying to hold everything together.

I walked through heartbreak that shook my identity, betrayal that cut deep, and seasons of insecurity that made me question my worth. For a long time, I believed my pain disqualified me. I thought my struggles meant I wasn’t strong enough, spiritual enough, or capable enough.

But what I didn’t realize then was that God was doing His deepest work in the very places I wanted to hide.

He didn’t just rescue me from the waves; He traded my survival mode for a beautiful, divine purpose. Today, my heart is to guide you out of the heavy currents and into the deep, restorative peace God has waiting for you.

who am I away from work?

  1. When I’m not being your Christian mindset & inner work coach, I love to read. I used to love thrillers and mystery, but since starting my inner work journey, my taste has shifted toward motivational and Christian books along with the Bible. [Currently reading “BE USEFUL“ by Arnold Schwarzenegger]. I’m much more intentional with my time now; while I still enjoy relaxing with a fictional story on occasion, I prefer gaining knowledge when I read.
  2. I’ve rescued two sweet fur babies who each have their own unique personalities. My girl, Dixie, dances on her hind feet and howls for attention—she’s a total talker. My male, Trigger, doesn’t trust anyone except me and demands I share my food when I’m eating around him. He lets me know with a stern paw tap against my hand, a bark, or a typical Shih-Tzu ‘look-at-me’ sneeze. I got them several years apart, but they look so identical I wonder if they’re secretly related!
  3. I enjoy coffee, but I don’t need it to survive my mornings. My go-to drink lately? The (are you ready for this long name?) Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from Starbucks—specifically with extra oatmilk and less espresso. I’m also a lover of sweet tea, keeping true to my southern roots.

READY TO TRADE THE HEAVY CURRENTS FOR GOD’S RESTORATIVE PEACE?

Your story isn’t over yet. Let’s walk the next steps together.
