About

Hello beautiful!

i’m carly, your christian mindset & inner work coach

For years, I lived in a cycle of stress, anxiety, and deep unhappiness. I felt as though I was drowning in the darkest part of the ocean and no one cared to help me. Everyday was a new battle with depression, and every time I felt like I was finally getting a gasp of fresh air, it seemed like I was being pulled back under the waves again. It felt like I was barely surviving. I walked through heartbreak that shook my identity, betrayal that cut deep, and seasons of insecurity that made me question my worth. I battled overthinking and the exhausting cycle of trying to hold everything together while quietly falling apart inside. For a long time, I believed my pain disqualified me. I thought my struggles meant I wasn’t strong enough, spiritual enough, or capable enough. But what I didn’t realize then was that God was doing His deepest work in the very places I wanted to hide.

who am I away from work?

  1. When I’m not being your Christian mindset & inner work coach, I love to read. I used to love thrillers and mystery, but since I started my inner work journey, my taste has shifted to motivational and Christian books along with the Bible [Currently reading BE USEFUL by Arnold Schwarzenegger]. I’m more intentional with my time, and while I enjoy relaxing with a fictional story on occasion, I prefer gaining knowledge now when I read.
  2. I’ve rescued two sweet fur babies who each have their own unique personality. My girl, Dixie, dances on her hind-feet and howls for attention/conversation. She’s a talker. My male, Trigger, doesn’t trust anyone except me, and demands I share my food when I’m eating around him… typically with a stern paw tap against my hand, a bark, or a typical Shih-Tzu look-at-me sneeze. I got them several years apart, but they look identical. I have no clue if they’re related at all, but they’re from the same area.
  3. I enjoy coffee, but I don’t need it to survive my mornings. My go to drink lately has been the (are you ready for this long name?) iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso from Starbucks, typically with extra oatmilk and less espresso. I’m also a lover of sweet tea, considering my southern roots.

Ready to begin your inner work journey?

I can’t wait to work with you!
