I’m a firm believer that the best guides are those who know the terrain because they’ve actually walked it. My deepest capacity to sit with you in pain, stress, or confusion doesn’t come from a textbook—it comes from my own lived experience. I know what the valley feels like, what the struggle for hope requires, and the incredible freedom that comes on the other side of healing.
Because I care deeply about offering you safe, wise, and effective support, I pair my personal journey with continuous, formal training. I never want to stop learning for you.

Mental Health Coach First Responder Certification – Light University & AACC (In Progress)
- How it helps: I’m currently completing a three-part program (covering core foundations, active coaching skills, and understanding mental and behavioral health challenges). It sharpens my ability to recognize deeper struggles, guide our sessions with purpose, and support you safely through the tough stuff.
